I’m here because I care deeply about this sport.
I care about ultra running. I care about endurance. I care about what happens when we commit ourselves to something hard, uncertain, and meaningful, and decide to see how far we can go.
I race because I want to discover my limits.
I coach because I want to help others discover theirs.
And in both, I want to be the best I can be.
That is my why.
I’m on Instagram not just to post training sessions, race pictures, or opinions. I’m here to share knowledge, experience, lessons, mistakes, and ideas that can help all of us move forward.
Performance matters.
Health matters.
And I believe the best approach to running respects both.
That’s why I keep studying.
That’s why I keep reading books on running, endurance, physiology, strength, nutrition, and performance.
That’s why I keep looking into research and learning from both science and real-world experience.
Because I believe trail running and ultra running deserve high standards.
Better understanding.
Better coaching.
Better conversations.
Better decisions.
I share what I learn because knowledge should not stay hidden. It should be useful. It should help people train smarter, race better, stay healthier, and enjoy the process more.
If we raise the standard together, we all improve.
Not just as runners, but as a community.
And that is what drives me: to keep learning, to keep racing, to keep coaching and to keep sharing.
Because this sport has given me so much, and giving something back is part of the journey.
