Use optional tracking or marketing technologies requiring permissionConsent (Article 6(1)(a)), where applicable

Where I rely on legitimate interests, these are to answer genuine enquiries, communicate about the service and protect the website. I consider those interests against your privacy rights.

I do not use your coaching enquiry details to send unrelated marketing unless there is a separate lawful basis to do so.

04

Sensitive and health information

Information about an injury, medical condition or your health can be special category personal data under the UK GDPR. This requires an Article 6 lawful basis and an additional Article 9 condition.

Where I need this information for coaching and rely on explicit consent under Article 9(2)(a), I will request that consent separately before processing it. You may withdraw consent by emailing me. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal, but it may limit coaching adaptations where the information is necessary.

Please avoid including detailed medical or injury information in the general website enquiry form. We can discuss a suitable and more private way to share relevant information during onboarding.

This website and its hosting infrastructure may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies for security and basic functionality. These do not always require consent, although information about their use should still be provided.
