One to one sessions

You get exactly what you need most from our time together as I tailor the session to meet your running goals, fitness and ability – whether your goal is to run fitter, run further or run fast. You get a session that is challenging but enjoyable. More importantly, you get lots of coaching advice about how you can incorporate the running session and exercises into your own training in the future.

Sessions are around 60+ min long and they could include an effort session or even a long run.

Group Coaching is also available.

Price:

£30 per individual session

3 sessions: £70 

5 sessions: £90

£40 per individual session

3 sessions: £90 

5 sessions: £125

2 people: £60 (£30 per person)

3 people: £75 (£25 per person)

4 people: £80 (£20 per person)

Location: Bristol area. Special arrangements are required if travel time is over 1 hour driving.
